The hotel has a convenient location right in the center of Costa Teguise, although there were some issues with persistent timeshare salespeople. The rooms were decent but had some damp and musty odor problems. The dining offered a nice selection of hot and cold dishes. The staff were friendly overall, but there were some miscommunications regarding payments. Despite these drawbacks, the experience was satisfactory overall.

The hotel sits right at the center of Costa Teguise, but the rooms need a good clean and a fresh coat of paint. Despite feeling musty, the location is perfectly suited for exploration. The service, especially from Ekaterina at reception, was super friendly and helpful. The dining options were fresh and varied, offering something for everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location, as it is central to everything and within walking distance of the main water park. The location is the best feature, right at the center of Costa Teguise. The dining experience was satisfying with plenty of Spanish options, though a second toaster would be handy in the restaurant.
